What happens if I don’t pay?
Contributions will be paid on a pay as you go basis upon the death of a member or their nominee within 72 hours of a notification of death. Contributions are an Obligatory condition of membership, although spiritual, emotional and practical support are also encouraged.
Any late payment of contributions will need to be communicated to the Secretary who will inform the Executive Board of payment date. If a member has a genuine reason for failing to pay, the Board should be duly notified and will assess the member!s circumstances. Failure to pay and to communicate may result in cancellation of membership.
Is there a grace period?
Communication is key, you should let the administration know in three days the reason you can not pay. info@wafawanaka.org
What happens if one the people covered by my plan dies and I have arrears?
Alert the administration as soon as possible and provide the required documents eg death certificate or coroner’s letter etc. (see terms and conditions) info@wafawanaka.org

Next of kin should alert administration as soon as they can and provide death certificate etc. info@wafawanaka.org
